AP Environmental Science PSA…Each year, approximately 100,000 marine creatures die from plastic entanglement. This includes plastic shopping bags, balloons, and plastic six-pack holders. You can help by, before recycling any plastic products like bags, balloons, and six pack holders, cut them apart to avoid the risk of animals being harmed from entanglement.
